Labor Council of New South Wales

The Labor Council is a union for unions with over 67 Affiliated unions representing over 800,000 workers in NSW.

National Union of Students

The National Union of Students (NUS) is the peak representative body for university students in Australia. It is a federation of 50 campus based student organisations in every state and territory. In total NUS represents over 600 000 students.

Australian Anti-Bases Campaign Coalition

AABCC is a collective of peace, community, environmental and labour groups which campaigns for the removal of US military bases from Australia.

The Australian Democrats hold the balance of power in the Australian Senate and have one member in the NSW Legislative Council.

Western Sydney Peace Group

We hold a forum on the second Monday of each month on a range of issues - from local community campaigns, to national and international efforts. We are involved in campaigns to end the occupation of Iraq, bring justice to those detained in Guantanamo Bay, bring adequate public Health and Education to all Australians, protect local environmental and heritage sites etc.
